1. Data controller

2. Purpose of processing

Data is processed to: manage registration and federation status of members and minors; manage fees, payments, and membership status; organize training sessions, matches, and events; respond to received inquiries and messages; and send Club communications. Consent is collected via digital signature during the registration process.

3. Legitimacy

The legal basis is the performance of the membership contract, compliance with federation and insurance obligations, and the express consent granted for the processing of minors' data and for image authorization.

4. Data retention

Data will be kept as long as the membership status is maintained, and after cancellation, for the legally required periods to address potential liabilities. Minors' data is processed exclusively for the Club's sports management and safety.

5. Recipients

Data may be communicated to the corresponding Federation, insurance entities, and, where applicable, to sports management and payment service providers, to the extent necessary to fulfill the described purposes.

6. Rights of the data subjects

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to the Club (info@menorcahockeyclub.com). You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Data processors

The Club uses service providers (web hosting, payment gateways, communication and analysis tools) that act as data processors, with the contractual guarantees required by the GDPR.
