General Conditions

1. Object

These General Conditions regulate the relationship between MENORCA HOCKEY CLUB and individuals who register as members or use the Club's website and services.

2. Membership registration

Membership registration requires completing the form, providing the required documentation, and accepting the legal consents via digital signature. Minors must be registered by their legal guardian.

3. Fees and payments

Membership status involves paying the corresponding fee (monthly or annual) according to the current rates. The Club may enable different payment methods. The fee accrues for specific periods; new memberships are prorated based on the established billing date. Non-payment may lead to the suspension of membership status.

4. Events and activities

The Club organizes training sessions, matches, and activities. Participation is conditional upon compliance with sports and coexistence rules, as well as the instructions of the coaching staff and the board of directors.

5. Unsubscription and cancellation

Members may request to cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation will take effect in the next billing period, without prejudice to the fulfillment of any outstanding obligations.

6. Intellectual property and image

The contents of the site are the property of the Club. Images and content generated during the Club's activities may be used in accordance with the image authorization granted by each member or guardian.

7. Modification

The Club reserves the right to modify these conditions. Modifications will be published on the website and will be effective from the moment of their publication.

8. Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Mahón (Illes Balears).
